Hendrik de Ruiter frequently visits Singapore to conduct workshops, but also to do one to one coaching sessions on the basis of systemic work principles. These sessions are especially helpful for those who find it difficult to explain about the issues they are facing in a group.
In a individual session, Hendrik will guide you to the core of the problem and explain about the steps you can take to improve your relationships. With objects as representatives for the people involved in your issue he can help you in setting up a table visualisation.
The outcomes of the session can be used or verified in a systemic visualisation workshop, where the issue that you are going to visualise can be explained in broader terms without going into detail. This will give you the opportunity to grasp the results of a visualisation in a group as well.
Hendrik will be in Singapore from 31 January to 5 February 2024 and conduct a public workshop on Friday 2 February.
